Accor Hotels Ibis Managements, First of All I need to inform yours, I m not a silent guest or any else, just I m the Tourism member in Turkey as Travel Agency and Hotels managements under our company management & establishment. If I compare service quality over all, starting from my Check in process I have excelent feedbacks during my accomodation. Kindly I just have a suggestion yours please build ramp platform front of the hotel stairs, no need the guest hang (pull up) our lugguages from the stairs in front of the hotel. Others * Front Office Team helpful, greatful, well experienced team (Excelent Service) thanks for alls. They should be rewarded * Food and beverages Department Team was Excelent Meals quality, enough variety and delicious, service team perfect. They should be rewarded * Room Conditions was good (just if possible to provide toothpaste and brush) * House Keeping Department was good. * Hotel security team front of the hotel was perfect & should be rewarded. I can report more excelent feedbacks during my overnights at Ibis Styles Ratchada

Excellent service ..starting from hassle free check in to check out.. Ever smiling and courteous staff.. Breakfast gave a flavour of thai and japanese authenticity with excellent options for rest.. Overall Excellent stay and enjoyed by family.. Please note rooms are far bigger than what is shown in image.. Good locality everything available at a walking distace...

Location is the best, near MRT Huai Khwang just not more than 100m walk. Staff at front desk are lovely and helpful, I requested for more 2 chairs and the staff brought it directly to our room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ofc it's clean for room overall and the bathroom. The room is perfectly sound-proof.

I really appreciate that the room is being cleaned everyday. Drinking water is being provided daily and there's enough supply of coffee and tea. It's just beside MRT and I super liked it. Their staff's are so nice especially the girl who assisted us when we arrived. She can communicate properly.

Breakfast was delicious (though the arrangement of the food was spread out and maybe difficult to find everything). The size of the room was great and I really enjoyed having the couch in the room as an alternative place to sit comfortably. The internet also worked really well.
